If you have any questions concerning your delivery order, please feel free to contact our customer service team and we will do our best to help you. Depending on the nature of your query, it can often be resolved quickly by using the app or website and by logging in to your account. From there, you are able to review and track your recent orders, make use of our help guide or find the relevant contact number (restraurant), should this be required.

If you have any questions or concerns about your food order (food product), please login to your account (Takeout App or Website), review your recent order and contact the restaurant directly. All relevant contact information can be found in your order history.

If you are unable to contact the restaurant directly, please contact our Customer Service Team, using the contact information above. We will do out very best to help you.

Please note we don't accept orders over the phone - so if you'd like to place an order, please place it online.
